The Valerius Institute Has Ratified "The Zenith Protocol": A 10-Year Roadmap for Global Post-Scarcity Governance
GENEVA — The Valerius Institute for Global Governance (VIGG), acting in its capacity as the Secretariat for the International Commission on Resource Stability, has formally ratified The Zenith Protocol. This 850-page legislative framework which is the result of a five-year longitudinal study involving 1,200 economists and environmental scientists has proposed a fundamental decoupling of sovereign solvency from carbon-heavy extraction.
Key Strategic Pillars of the Protocol:
The Vitality Index (VI): Replacing the 21st reliance on Gross Domestic Product (GDP), the VI introduces a real-time blockchain-verified ledger of "Social and Ecological Capital."
Algorithmic Resource Sovereignty: A technical blueprint for nations to utilise AI-driven distribution networks to eliminate supply-chain waste in critical food and energy sectors.
Climate Adaptation Parity: Explicit financial mechanisms designed to ensure that grassroots innovations in the Global South receive the same institutional valuation as Western technological patents.
"We are moving beyond the era of 'mitigation' and into the era of 'integration,'" stated Dr. Elena Vance, Director-General of VIGG. "The Zenith Protocol has fully recognised that the digital gaze and the environmental reality are now one. We can no longer afford the luxury of economic theories that treat the planet as an infinite balance sheet."
The Institute will begin a three-phase rollout of the Protocol, starting with an emergency summit in Singapore. Technical advisors will be dispatched to G20 capitals to assist in the transition of central bank digital currencies (CBDCs) onto the new Vitality Index metrics.
About the Valerius Institute:
